The Austin TX based americana band, East Cameron Folkcore embarked on their first tour in the summer of 2010. It was a short trip through the south eastern United States. My design approach was to create a poster which illustrated where the tour was taking the band as well as to visually represent what the band is about. Ideally when bands send out their tour posters, they are stapled up all over each of the towns they are scheduled to play. Most likely people in these towns have never heard of the band. East Cameron Folkcore is rough around the edges, a bit vintage in nature and in stature and mainly hover around a southern rock sound.
