This work was done while interning at Emmis Communications. Dog Day Afternoon is a wonderful event put on by KLBJ that connects dog lovers with rescue groups from all over the state as well as other vendors who love dogs and offer dog related services around town. The big thing at Dog Day afternoon is the "Rockin' Weenie Dog Races" It literally is the reason to come to this event. So I just had to illustrate who exactly the rockin weenie dog is. The logo was used in print and web ads as well as on Dog Day afternoon branded merchandise, which I have no images of.
